Oliver deals with all areas of individual, corporate and commercial law, as practised in Australia and Internationally.

Biography
Oliver has over 35 years’ experience as a commercial lawyer, including 10 years in the mining industry. He has led legal teams within merchant banking, stockbroking, and general law practices.
He has served as the General Counsel for the Australian National Companies and Securities Commission – now called ASIC.
Oliver established Beaumont Lawyers first in Camberwell, followed by the office in Mooroolbark which continues to service the outer eastern Melbourne areas.
Recently, he opened a third office in Kilsyth South to service the growing needs for commercial support in The Eastern Growth corridor of Melbourne. This office provides commercial law, industrial and business consulting advice.

Oliver has “a green thumb” and he enjoys both growing seedlings from slips and maintaining his garden. He plays musical instruments and speaks many languages.
